South Africa - Next Day Delivery:
Delivery to addresses within SA.
If you place your order online or over the telephone before 2pm, your jewellery will arrive the next day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) by Fedex.
Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
If you place your order on Friday after 2pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address, where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Overseas Orders:
Delivery overseas costs …..to Europe, ….everywhere else
The transaction is taken in South African Rands.
Overseas deliveries should arrive within ….working days in Europe and the US, or within …working days for the rest of the world.

- Returns & Replacements:
- If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to a Tanya Wheeler store for a replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned in a saleable condition within 7 days of purchase.Should you not have an invoice, we will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current system price. Gift cards purchased will not be refunded.
- Confirmation of Orders:
- Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your order. Failure by us to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.
